New pricing and search pack options

Thames Water Property Searches has today increased its pricing on three residential environmental searches, alongside introducing a range of new discounted search packs.

This is the first time in three years that pricing on such products has changed and follows increased supplier costs, alongside significant capital investment into improving our systems and infrastructure.

The pricing of the three individual searches still remains significantly below RRP:

After listening to customer feedback, users will now be also able to benefit from search packs including residential and commercial drainage & water searches, offering increased convenience and choice.
