    John first started working in the searches industry in 2005 and has held a number of different posts within marketing and sales since then. A firm advocate of the use of technology, John has worked to introduce a range of innovations that aims to improve the overall customer experience.

    Melanie Jones - Online Account Manager

    Melanie has worked with the Property Searches team for six years, and has supported the searches business in a wide range of customer roles. Since 2008, Melanie has dedicated her time to supporting the online experience of customers and driving the use of technology to increase efficiency and speed of service.

    "The pace of change for online customers has been incredible over the past few years. My aim is to ensure that all customers, however experienced they are at using computers, are able to maximise the resources we are able to offer, to improve the service levels they provide for their clients."

    Liz Cooper - Account Manager

    Liz has over ten years' experience in property searches, supporting solicitors in their use and interpretation of the drainage and water enquiry. A major part of her role is the delivery and development of the CPD programme to raise the awareness of the CON29DW in the Thames Water region, as well as providing internal and external product training.

    Oliver Arthurs - Developer Account Manager

    Ollie started his career with the Thames Water searches team eight years ago, managing the teams producing drainage and water and asset location searches. It's this wealth of experience that makes him ideally placed to support our developer customers in the wide range of products and services that we are now able to offer.

    "We're continually looking at ways to improve the customer experience for our developer customers. We've recently launched the Utility report, and of course developers can buy a wide range of other searches across England and Wales directly from our site. We have an excellent relationship with developers of all sizes, and continue to search for new products to add to and improve our portfolio."

    With over ten years' experience in Property Searches, Renee has worked in various roles from search production and management through to finance and now focuses on the overall customer experience. She has a full working knowledge and understanding of how best to deliver a market leading customer service.

    In the 12 years Carl has worked in property searches, he has gained experience in production and management of drainage and water enquiries. His current role is to identify, develop and successfully bring to market new products whilst managing the ongoing communication with our existing product suppliers.

    Ade is a key member of the marketing team, providing customers with information on how to better use the online system, and showing them how they could save money by purchasing search packs rather than buying one at a time. Ade has worked in the searches team for five years and has acquired a broad and invaluable product knowledge.
