Changes to Groundsure residential searches

Working closely with leading suppliers such as Groundsure, Thames Water Property Searches ensure that we not only sell the searches but fully understand the detail within them.

With this in mind, Groundsure have advised Thames Water Property Searches that from Thursday 1st July they are making changes to their residential product portfolio with exciting changes to the popular Avista, Homebuyers and Homescreen reports.

Avista now includes a full mining search incorporating (where applicable) a CON29M, non-coal mining (covering tin, chalk, limestone and all other minerals) and a Cheshire Salt Search - as standard. There is no need to buy an additional mining report such as GeoRisk or GeoRisk +, a CON29M or a Cheshire Salt Search.

Homebuyers now includes full planning, energy, and transportation searches.
