FCI's commercial environmental reports have changed

We are pleased to inform our customers that Future Climate Info have made changes to their commercial environmental reports. From the 8th May 2019, the FCI Commercial Standard and FCI Commercial Premium reports were replaced with two new reports: FCI Retail and FCI Commercial.

The FCI Retail report is for commercial properties less than 0.25 hectares and within property use classes A1-A5 or C4. Three datasets are included within the retail report (environmental, flood and ground stability) providing information such as contaminated land, landfill sites past and present, air quality, pylons and electricity lines and radon gas, surface water, sewer and groundwater flooding information and analysing the impact of subsidence, geohazards and past mining hazards.

FCI Retail Product Card and Sample Report

FCI Commercial contains the same information as the FCI Retail report (environmental, flood and ground stability) plus Energy & Infrastructure data analysing the impacts from key energy and industrial risks such as wind farms, shale gas exploration, HS2, Crossrail and other major Energy, Environmental and Transport Infrastructure Projects.

How to order

Both the FCI Retail and FCI Commercial reports are available to order from Thames Water Property Searches. FCI Retail is £50 (£75 RRP) excluding VAT and FCI Commercial is £165 RRP excluding VAT.
