Developing our service

In 2009 we decided to launch an online 'one stop shop' to enhance the ordering of our drainage and water enquiry products. We have also formed a range of partnerships with specialist search providers throughout England and Wales, so that we can respond to the changing needs of our customers - everything from environmental hazards and flooding reports through to official local authority searches via NLIS, through to utilities searches.
